Trivia
Isaac has a second family in the form of people his parents had gone through high school with. The closest one these people to him is Lucia Bianchi, whom is Isaac's childhood friend. They own the Italian restaurant in his home town, it's main owner being Lucia's father, Antonio Bianchi.
Isaac being an "Unofficial Botanist" is a reference to how he experiments with plants and their properties. Knowing what he can do, he aims to see just how far he can take things. What he makes spans things like effective home remedies to deadly poisons. His experiments and his Nephilim physiology are the reason he has a high tolerance to poison/toxins.
The flower store he owns is called Paradiso Floreale, Italian for "Floral Paradise". It specializes in a wide variety of plants and flowers. You could be getting flowers to make your home looks nice, or you could be buying fresh vegetables. The ladder being what Antonio purchases from him at times.
While Isaac does grow some vegetables, he does not grow fruit. Something he has focused a goal around. Said goal being to buy a set of land where he can indeed grow his own fruit and possibly more vegetables.
When Isaac was 19, he was raped by the demon Lilith. Something that effects him still to this day.
Origins
Isaac's conception was that of the angel Sara and a human. After his birth, Sara was cast away. Turned into a demon (A Fallen Angel to be specific) and forced to spend her days in Tartarus. As for his father, it is speculated that he is the one whom had brought Isaac to his parents. Whether or not he is alive is unknown, but it is likely that he is dead. Isaac was then found on the doorsteps of his childhood home by a human couple. When seeing him, it did not take them long to decide to take him in as their own son. They had no children of their own and dreamed of having them. So despite being abandoned, he grew in a home with the love every family should experience. And things progressed well, that was until he reached the age of thirteen. It was at this time that Isaac had gotten a grasp of his power and what he was capable of. Which took him a few experiences with demons to fully learn. It's also in these experiences that he had learned of what he truly was, and what it entailed. But despite this, he persevered. Keeping responsible with his powers while growing up into the lovely young man he is now. At the age of twenty, he was no longer an employee of the flower store his parents had created. He became the owner, for his parents came to retire. They had also left him the home to him, for they had finally acquired the home they dreamed of for their late life. Everything seems to go so well, but that's merely on a surface level. Isaac still continues on with conflict with both Heaven and Hell due to their prejudice or desire. There is no much fighting he has endured for not only his sake, but for those close to him. He wonders when it'll all come to and end, and he fears it never will.
Abilities
Being a Nephilim, Isaac is gifted with power that is both typical and unique. He possess strength that allows him to break his way through some of the hardest of surfaces with his bare hands. Speed that allows him to close great distances in times that appear instant. He also possess a very strong physiology, capable of surviving scenarios that would kill most others. Impressive maybe, but the best of Isaac lies within how each Nephilim have a power that is unique to them. Isaac's is the ability to manipulate the properties of all kinds of plant life to unimaginable extents. But things only go further from here, for reverting to his Nephilim state, his true self, greatly powers up his already existing abilities. Every last bit of such is why Isaac is extremely deadly.
